How do I join the Realtors® Commercial Alliance?

Access the RCA Realtor® Application under the Resources tab or click the Join Now button to fill out the online form.  If you are currently a Realtors® of the Palm Beaches + Greater Ft. Lauderdale member, it only costs $50 to add RCA membership to your Association Membership.  If you are not a Realtor® Association member, please call the Alliance office at 561-727-2773 to find out the current dues amount.


Where can I post my commercial listings or do a commercial listing search?
There are many websites that commercial agents use to post their listings or do a search.  Access the list of websites on the NAR website.


How do I find out about Industry Events or Education Opportunities?
On the Homepage click on the EVENTS tab at the top of the page. Check back often to stay up to date on the latest commercial real estate networking and education opportunities.


How do I find a RCA Agent?
Click on the Directory tab.  Then click on the "Download Searchable Realtor® Directory". You can search by city, name, or specialty.


My information is incorrect on the website. How do I change it?

How can I obtain forms on this website?
On the Home Page, go to the Resources tab at the top.  Forms can be downloaded to your computer for future use.  Please note that many of these forms are from our Commercial Real Estate Basics Series classes.  RCA Members have permission to remove the Hospitality Consultants information and replace it with your office information.
